My Pinspirations

Finally got on the Clip Chart Wagon. I love, love that students can move up too!  I created mine from a combination of clipcharts I saw on thekinderpolkadotpatch.blogspot.com and havingfunk-1.blogpspot.com. The Kinder Polka Dot Patch has a great discipline plan that can be used with a clip chart. Here is mine.

If you want the free download the labels I made for the chart visit my Teacher's Notebook shop.

My second Pinspiration comes from a pin from http://blog.thecelebrationshoppe.com/2011/05/23/art-party-crayola-crayon-craft/ . If you are going to try this I would  try a circular container.  The basket I chose was a little tricky but I still loved it. :o)

Here is my basket after adding a little detail.

  1. You put my clip chart to shame girl! I love it! Mine is getting tattered and needs to be redone. You gave me some inspiration on how to make it more durable though! I'll be sure to show you when I get it done.

  2. So cute, I love the arts and crafty projects! What are you going to use your crayon container for?

  3. Tammi thanks for the compliment and feel free to use the labels I made if you want:o)

    Mrs. Luna,
I have the same question. I have no idea yet. I'm actually going to try and add some more to it. It doesn't feel complete yet. I will post a new picture when I finish.

    Thanks for your comments ladies.

  4. I love your labels but our school uses different colors for each step. :( I went to Home Depot and got the supplies I needed for my new chart today! I'm not quite sure what the finished product will end up like, but I'm painting hardboard for the color blocks. The way you used the ribbon got me excited because I could use a sturdier material. I haven't decided if I am going to use labels or not yet, but if I do it will probably look remarkably like yours. I love everything about it, and imitation is the best form of flattery right?
